adrian's parents came out for a visit and wanted to take a little trip. so we decided to check out the sunshine coast. they rented a nice house right on the water in lower gibsons. it was a great location and we had wonderful weather. here are a few pics

ok, so he didn't get to go. he stayed back and entertained grandma while the rest of us went for a leisurely kayak, right adrian ;)
the next day we decided to take landen to the beach (his first experience, well we took him last summer but he wasn't even crawling yet) here he's checking out some seaweed
as you can see landen and i are attempting to sink the air mattress.....and succeeding
apparently we have an issue with sand
ok, so maybe it's not that bad
hmmm....i wonder how this stuff tastes?

Yea for new posts! I like the pictures of Aiden in the sand - glad you had a good weekend away!
I love the side profile pictures of Landen. The first one especially ~ he looks so grown up! Looks like you had a great time. Where are the pictures of Adrian in the kayak?!!! They would have been great to see!
