ok, i know this whole blog is pretty much all about landen, but this post is only about him, for those of you who are interested about his detailed development. in the last two weeks he has discovered that he has feet and he is fascinated with them! he has also learned how to grab his soother and pull it out of his mouth. the other morning he was laying in bed with me, grabbing his feet, which is a common activity now. he pulled out his soother, realized what he did and wanted to put it back in, which is not something he has mastered yet. but he wouldn't stop playing with his feet for more than 5 seconds. so he would go back to playing with his feet and then try again for a few seconds to put his soother back in. this went on for quite sometime until he got frustrated, dropped his soother and then started fussing until i put it back in for him.
he has actually started to grab onto everything now, his soother, my hair, he tries to hold his bottle, and he has learned how to pull his toys on his play mat and chair that make noise. the batteries have died on one of them already, and i think i will wait a little while to replace them, i need a break from those songs for awhile. i know, i'm going to have to be more tolerant to the noise as he gets older, i'm working on it.
well, can't think of anyting else right now, other than he has started to 'talk' more, and louder too.
