under the weather

so we have all been feeling sick the last few days. adrian i think has it the worst, then me, and landen is coughing and sneezing a bit, but you wouldn't know he was sick by the way he has been acting. in fact the last two mornings he has woken up at 5 am (usually he sleeps till at least 7) just talkin to himself. i go into his room and he gets the biggest smile on his face, as if he thinks i have come to play with him! for those of you who know me well, i am NOT a morning person, though it is hard to not smile when i see his glowing face.

so we have had some good naps in the last few days. here he is chillin with me on the couch (adrian has started taking some pics too, and he's not too bad at it).

landen is growing and developing so fast, it is crazy to see the changes happening and hard to believe how small he was 3 short months ago. i was looking through some pictures my dad took of landen when he was 2 weeks old and he looks so skinny! and he was always sleeping! here are few of those pictures.

he is now holding his head up by himself and looking around. he is started to be interested in his toys and likes hitting them. and he LOVES the tv! i think we may have to be careful about how often we have the tv on in our house soon, because if he sees it on, it is imposible to get his attention away from it. and sometimes he even looks at it when it is off. so i figured if he was going to watch it maybe i should get a video for him. so my friend kiley lent me here baby bach video and i set landen up in his chair to watch it. he seemed to enjoy it.

you've gotta love the expression on his face while he is watching tv!
