sundays

so i am excited to now have sundays! this may sound strange, but adrian has been working every sunday for, well, it feels like forever. so our weekends usually start with friday night we are exhausted from the week and we just stay home and watch a movie. saturday is soccer during the day and church in the evening, and then sunday adrian goes to work at 7am. so we don't have much time to spend together on the weekend (the week isn't much better). so now that adrian has a new job, we get sundays, which is now our day to spend as a family and go out and do something fun.

so this last sunday we decided to go to white rock . adrian's parents bought adrian a bike trailer so adrian can take landen behind a bike (i know, now we just need the bike). but it can also be used as a jogging stroller. we thought we would take it our for a test drive with our roller blades. well, turns out we weren't the only ones with the idea to go to white rock on a sunny sunday afternoon. so we walked instead.

adrian wanted me to take this picture. there was a guy kite surfing. i thought he was crazy, it wasn't that warm! how can you not love living in BC though? there are people out skiing on the slopes and people at the beach kite surfing. I know people in Manitoba think you get the best of both worlds there, but.....
